Paolo Nutini runs...

OMG, I have never been this miserable about missing someone, especially a musician. I think I need to listen to more Paolo Nutini, after all, I just got done listening to Paolo Nutini...hahahhhahah! Yes, I am that crazy about this Hot Scot. Not just his drop dead gorgeous face, that beautiful smile and those luscious lips. The voice, his sound, all about the music, man. Just the music. Have you listened to the entire CD? What about the unreleased ones before he became famous? Have you listened to his covers? Have you listened to his cover of "Cry Me A River" by Justin Timberlake? Better than JT's. His music can bleed your stone. He bleeds my stone, baby!

We all have been waiting for Paolo to emerge from somewhere. He has been on hiatus after a successful tour in America. After that he supported the all important Led Zeppelin concert in December 07. That was amazing. He went somewhere in Ireland to write and record his sophomore album, in the middle of chickens, what? Hahahah! He blogged about being "guinnesspired" and holed up with his buddies in the middle of nowhere, just with nature and beasts. He had pictures of being with the deer and on a helicopter, and we are constantly guessing where he was and what he was doing next.

Then there's that blog about the missing G7 chord. Oh yeah, that was funny. They said the last time they have seen the G7 chord was in Denver. Okay, give it up Denver. We miss G7. What music contains a G7 chord? Hmmmm.....

Ohhh, he just plays with his fans, I think he loves it when we miss him. I love to miss him too, makes me anxious about seeing him again. The festival seasons are about to start here in the US and Canada. Paolo is slated to show up for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Denver. Maybe he'll find the G7 chord there and I can't wait to see them reunited. (ahhhh, the sound of Paolo's voice singing Rehab by Amy Winehouse....**singing along...***)

Okay, Paolo is going to be supporting the Dave Matthew's Band in June too. But support? He was very successful here in the US, why? To support or being the opening act would mean, only 30 minutes of performance. Drats! I don't care, I'll be in one them plus it's the DMB, man and they rock!

Where's Paolo now? We just saw him running. Yes, running for Sports relief with his sports celebrities buddies. Funny thing was that he was partying the night before that and could not finish the course. He was supposed to have run 2 laps out of the 6. Poor thing. Hahahah! We love you for your music, Paolo and not for your running abilities. Poor running means we can chase you down. Yes.

And that's my rambling. I miss Paolo and his music is always near and dear to my heart. He is my SPIRIT LIFTER. Hurry back, Paolo.
